About Us
Over the past decade the automotive industry has been transitioning to lighter weight, hybrid, and electric vehicles in response to the escalating vehicle fuel economy requirements. In 2016, Industry Products Company (IPC) reacted to the needs expressed by Automotive Manufacturers and their tiered suppliers for lighter weight, better performing acoustic materials by initiating an innovation process with a prominent Korean-based manufacturer to address those needs. The primary goals were to develop a product that would:
- Provide improved sound absorption characteristics at a lower weight than existing products available to the automotive market.
- Achieve greater consistency of thickness and fiber density across the product for improved quality in the conversion process.
- Offer product flexibility to support other industrial markets outside of the automotive industry.
- Create available capacity to support market acceptance.
The result was a patented process developed to produce Noiselite™, a lightweight, ultra-fine fiber acoustic absorbing nonwoven rolled good material that is marketed exclusively across the Americas through Noiselite™ Americas.
A women-owned and operated company (WBENC-2005108440 & NWBOC-RCNC9540), IPC installed the initial Noiselite™ production line during 2017 in a brand new building that has the capacity for three lines in total.

At Noiselite™ Americas, our mission is to create an acoustically pleasing and comfortable world through the reduction of noise pollution. We accomplish this by producing locally engineered and manufactured technical materials to serve a diverse range of industrial markets across North and South America.
